From time to time I take the courage to paint something by the clock, meaning I set a fairly good amount of time and try to paint against the clock. I do this because I have the tendency to stop on little details instead of just loose my hand and 'feel' the paint on my brush. So a loose painting here and there is always a great experience. I admit I'm very boring with flowers. I like just a few and don't go out of my selection very often, but this time I went completely overboard! I painted blue irises. Not my favorite flower but nonetheless very beautiful.
